Eric has lived in the Siouxland area his entire life. Born and raised on a farm in rural Westfield, Iowa, he has lived in Dakota Dunes the past several years. Eric graduated form the University of South Dakota where he received a Bachelor of Education degree and he has completed graduate work at Morningside College in Sioux City. He was an educator in the Sioux City Community Schools for many years. The last several years he has developed, owned and operated restaurant franchises in Midwest states.
